InkSpire is the brainchild of two friends, Jaci Wheeler and Bridgette O’Hare, who knew the book world needed some excitement on the West Coast. Actually, Jaci needed some West Coast excitement and accessibility, and Bridgette is always game for a creative challenge and traveling.

Jaci, who is a Deaf author of two special needs children, saw a need for a book convention and author signing that is accessible and inclusive for authors and readers of varying abilities. Bridgette, her neurodivergent partner in crime, immediately concurred. And so, InkSpire was born
